Sales tax wording

In 2011, a 3/8 cent permanent sales tax was passed by the citizens of Greene County. Currently, that tax can only be used for jail operations. We are asking the citizens of Greene County to vote yes to the wording change on Novembers Ballet. This is not a new tax, but will allow the current tax to be utilized by the Sheriff's Department and Jail.
